Paul Quail FMGP (1928-2010) was a British stained-glass artist. He was recognized for his religious-themed stained-glass windows, which are found in various locations in Britain and abroad. Quail was a fellow of the British Society of Master Glass Painters and a member of the Society of Catholic Artists.

He was born in Langley, Buckinghamshire, but the family moved to Flatford on the Essex/Suffolk border, and as a young man he was inspired by the work of John Constable.

After war service with the Royal Tank Regiment he studied art and design at the Chelsea School of Art, and obtained his teaching certificate from Brighton College of Art. He was then apprenticed to the stained glass studios of Lowndes & Drury, Francis Spear and Eddie Nuttgens. He went on to combine his practice with teaching at Flatford Mill and West Dean College.

In 1981 he established a studio in Norfolk with his second wife Jane Quail.
