Piet Kok was a Dutch Evangelical Lutheran minister and stained-glass artist. From 1948 Kok made more than eighty windows, executed with stained glass, dalle de verre, glass appliqué and sandblasted glass. He designed the windows, made the cartons himself and did the painting. The windows were made in Willem Bogtman’s studio in Haarlem and later in Tilburg at studio Brabant. He was assisted by his wife, who painted the portrait of Queen Wilhelmina for the memorial window at the Dutch church in London, and who also completed his last window.
