Goudie, Isobel

Isobel Turner Maxwell Goudie (1903-77) was born in Stirling and studied at the Glasgow School of Art. After leaving the GSA she designed some windows for Guthrie & Wells and had a short period in Dublin, where she worked for Joshua Clarke & Sons, before eventually settling in Edinburgh. She exhibited at the Royal Scottish Academy and with the Society of Scottish Artists, and examples of her work can be found across Scotland.
