Vitrail Studios

Vitrail Studios was established by Philip Crook in 1980. Philip had earlier graduated in 1973 from Newcastle upon Tyne University with an Honours degree in Fine Arts, having spent three years studying stained glass under Professor Leonard Evetts. Vitrail Studios, offers a design, manufacture and repair service, for both secular and ecclesiastical stained glass. He has acquired his conservation skills over a thirty-year period, since 1985, when he was first employed to work on the large stained glass collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum.
